Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The SmartForexInd Pro Affiliate Program allows you to:

• Earn commissions by referring new customers
• Track your referrals in real-time
• Access marketing materials and resources
• Receive monthly payouts for earned commissions

2. Commission Structure

We offer two types of commissions:

1. Direct Sales Commission (30%)

• Earn 30% on every sale you refer directly
• Commission is calculated on the net sale amount
• Recurring commissions for subscription renewals

2. Sub-Affiliate Commission (10%)

• Earn 10% on sales made by affiliates you referred
• This is a second-tier commission - you earn when your sub-affiliates make sales

3. Eligibility Requirements

To join our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid email address
• Have a legitimate website, blog, or social media presence
• Not engage in spam or fraudulent activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Referral Tracking

How referrals are tracked:

• Each affiliate receives a unique referral code/link
• Cookies are stored for 30 days
• Credit is given to the last referring affiliate
• Self-referrals are not allowed
• Referrals from the same household are not counted

5. Payment Terms

Commission payments:

• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Payments are processed monthly
• Payment methods: USDT (TRC20), Bank Transfer
• Processing time: 15th of each month for previous month
• Commissions are verified before payout

6. Prohibited Activities

As an affiliate, you may NOT:

• Use spam to promote our products
• Make false or misleading claims
• Bid on our brand keywords in paid advertising
• Use coupon/discount sites without approval
• Create fake reviews or testimonials
• Engage in cookie stuffing or click fraud
• Promote on adult, illegal, or hateful content sites

7. Marketing Guidelines

When promoting SmartForexInd Pro:

• Use only approved marketing materials
• Disclose your affiliate relationship
• Do not guarantee trading profits
• Include appropriate risk disclaimers
• Do not impersonate SmartForexInd or its employees
• Maintain professional and ethical standards

8. Termination

Account termination:

• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Termination results in forfeiture of unpaid commissions
• You may close your account at any time
• Pending legitimate commissions will be paid upon closure

9. Changes to Program

We reserve the right to:

• Modify commission rates with 30 days notice
• Update these terms at any time
• Suspend or discontinue the program
• Changes will be communicated via email
